Sufix 91 is a braided line with a completely round profile. The advantages are, among other things, that it provides long casts but also that it is extremely quiet in the tracks. When cast, the round profile means that there is minimal line contact with the traces when it flies out.

In this way, there will be very little friction and the throw when longer. The brand new, extremely smooth and slippery coating used on the line gives the silky smooth surface with minimal friction, longer casts and also lasts longer. GORE, which manufactures GORE-TEX, and Sufix, have together created a long-throw braid line constructed from UNHMPE fibers + a GORE? fiber (=9).
